CNN Portugal International Summit: when great leaders connect, the future gains direction
Today I had the privilege of taking part in the CNN Portugal International Summit, an event that brings together some of the most influential figures in politics and the economy to discuss the challenges of a rapidly changing world.
Among the speeches, one stood out: that of Paulo Rangel, Minister of State and Foreign Affairs, who clearly set out the importance of the structural reforms the Government is implementing to strengthen Portugal's position in the global context.
Equally relevant was the analysis by the Governor of the Bank of Portugal, who addressed the economics of uncertainty and the urgency of ensuring resilience in an increasingly volatile international landscape.
The value of this summit goes far beyond the presentations. It is a meeting point where political leaders, business people and experts share visions, test ideas and build a more cohesive understanding of the future. These moments of dialogue are essential for politics and the economy to move forward side by side, with strategy, responsibility and purpose.
I leave this meeting with a strengthened conviction: when great leaders connect, the future gains direction.
