SIL 2025: new bridges between companies, investors and real estate professionals
It was a true privilege to take part in the 2025 edition of SIL. Events like this are essential to strengthen and energise the real estate sector, creating new bridges between companies, investors and professionals and opening doors to concrete business opportunities.
During the fair, I had the opportunity to see several developments up close that reflect the potential and innovation of the Portuguese real estate market. More than that, it was a valuable chance to reconnect with partners such as Tiago Pavão de Sousa and Lucas Valente Da Silva, with whom I had very productive conversations about new horizons and new business opportunities.
It was also an honour to meet in person the President of APEMIP, Paulo Caiado, whose vision and commitment to the sector deserve full recognition.
I go forward certain that these experiences strengthen not only professional relationships, but also the motivation to keep growing and to contribute actively to the dynamism of the market.
